The Hyenas change that.

No matter where you study in Ohio or Indiana, you can still be part of the Hyena pack.
Our Mission To provide Midwest gymnasts a platform to continue competing, growing, and doing the sport they love at the school they love.
Our Goal Grow the sport of men’s gymnastics by supporting athletes who want to continue competing after their junior careers For some athletes, the Hyenas are the perfect place to finish their gymnastics career. For others, the team can serve as a platform to improve and potentially transfer into NCAA programs.
Our Vision To build and maintain a strong team while creating opportunities for gymnasts to continue their careers beyond the junior level.
Costs We work closely with partner gyms to keep training costs free or very affordable for team members. Typical annual costs include: ~$450 yearly dues, which help cover: 1. Team uniforms 2. Meet entry fees 3. Team hotels for competitions Athletes are typically responsible for their own transportation to and from competitions, though the team hopes to expand fundraising efforts to cover more travel expenses in the future.
How the Team Works Athletes typically attend one of the many strong universities in the region while training locally. Our gymnasts currently train at several partner facilities, including: Queen City Gymnastics (Cincinnati), DeVeau’s School of Gymnastics (Indianapolis), IGA Columbus, Purdue University, and IGC. Team members train at their home gyms during the week and come together once per month for full-team training camps, usually held at Queen City Gymnastics or DeVeau’s. Athletes also submit training videos to the coaching staff, who provide feedback and help guide their progress throughout the season.
